Employing modern materials and manufacturing techniques, including a bonded, sintered ceramic construction, the Ultra offers the combination of economical manufacture and a very rigid structure, essential for high accuracy scanning applications. With a repeatability of 0.0005mm and a vector velocity of 20 meters per minute, the Ultra provides standards room accuracy and high speed.

The Ultra is offered in five model sizes from the 1000mm x 700mm x 600mm to the 2500mm x 1000mm x 800mm with a measuring capability of 0.7+L/600 microns (ISO10360-2 [E]).

Operating environment: ambient temperature 20°C (68°F) +/- 1°C (3.4°F) with a temperature gradient of 0.5°C (1.7°F) per hour.
