The Integra's ergonomic, integrated design provides a measuring solution to meet the most exacting industrial quality requirements.

The new LK Integra range of ceramic bridge style CMMs start from the smallest 600mm x 500mm x 400mm and increase to the largest 2500mm x 1000mm x 800mm. All machines are based around LK's unique ceramic bridge construction to provide greater stiffness and rigidity which equates to significantly improved repeatability. With the CMM controller and computer integrated into the machine design, the Integra is highly reliable and easily maintained.

LK's Finite Element techniques (as used in the aerospace and F1/IRL racing industries) ensure that the Integra is optimally designed to meet the most demanding metrology applications. LK's ceramic bridge construction produces considerably greater stiffness and rigidity and gives significantly improved repeatability.

LK's DPEC (Dynamic Probe Error Correction) technology ensures high geometric and thermal accuracy right up to the stylus tip.

LK's DTEC (Dynamic Temperature Compensation) ensures the highest precision between 10-35°C.

LK's AIM (Advanced Integrated Modular Controller) optimizes performance, incorporates remote system monitoring and allows increased functionality to be added when required. The AIM controller fully supports the use of both digital (TP20, TP200) and analogue (SP25) probing systems, as well as Metris non-contact laser sensors (LC50, XC50 etc.)
