Bridge Style CMM - EvolutionEnhanced Evolution design ensures the highest possible throughput and accuracy for complex scanning applications.The new Evolution range of bridge style CMMs is offered in a choice of three styles. The Evolution starts from the smallest size at 1500mm x 1200mm x 1000mm up to the largest at 5000mm x 1500mm x 1500mm. The Evolution Plus and the Evolution Therma both start at 800mm x 700mm x 600mm, increasing to 3500 x 1500mm x 1200mm. For enhanced accuracy and repeatability, the Evolution range uses LK's enhanced ceramic bridge construction and all are ideal for demanding analogue probing applications. LK's Finite Element techniques (as used in the aerospace and F1/IRL racing industries) ensure that the Evolution is optimally designed to meet the most demanding metrology applications. The Evolution Plus offers enhanced accuracy and in the Evolution Therma model, a guaranteed accuracy across an extended temperature range. LK's DPEC (Dynamic Probe Error Correction) technology ensures high geometric and thermal accuracy right up to the stylus tip. LK's DTEC (Dynamic Temperature Compensation) ensures the highest precision between 10-35°C. LK's AIM (Advanced Integrated Modular Controller) optimizes performance, incorporates remote system monitoring and allows increased functionality to be added when required.
