Database 5.2
The
Recall Database application functions as the memory of the Calibration
Control System. It recalls the reports made in Calspex and keeps
accurate records of all gages calibrated. The Recall Databases
most valuable asset, however, is its ability to organize what
was once reams of paperwork into manageable lists and tables.
Flexible
Reporting
Use
our sample reports that come provided with software. Within seconds,
for instance, you can produce a report showing all gages in a specific
department, all gages due for recalibration, or all gages calibrated
that were shown as out of tolerance. Our "Report Writer"
gives you the ultimate flexibility of creating your own custom reports
for specific needs. Use any fields that is contained in our database.
The can be saved and added to the "Custom Reports" menu
for easy retrieval and re-use.
Gage
Tracking
The
Recall Database also has the capabilities to handle all aspects
of complete gage tracking in your facility. These features allow
you to track which gages were used on specific parts, by whom, and
for what process. This information is indispensable when attempting
to assess potential product recalls based on failed gage calibrations.
Recalibration
Intervals
The
Recall Database can now base recalibration criteria not only on
pure dates, but tracking information as well. This allows you to
specify that a gage should be recalibrated after measuring 100 parts,
or after 10 hours of use.
