Crack Depth Indicator
The CC-800B is a portable specialized instrument based on the four pin potential drop principle for measuring depth of surface appearing flaws in all ferrous and most non-ferrous metals. Flaw depths are directly displayed without the need of conversion charts in inches or mm. Storage case, battery and battery charger included. A Probe and metal calibration block are required. Select the probes and calibration blocks from our selection that meet your application requirements.

A. MPI-B PROBE -A general purpose fixed pin probe for low conductivity metals up to 20% I.A.C.S. For use on flat stock to 10" O.D. or I.D. surfaces. Best for rough surfaces and rough handling.

B. SP1-B PROBE -A general purpose spring probe with replaceable pins for metal up to 50% I.A.C.S. For use on flat stock to 2"O.D. pipe. The SP1-B features a "V" block base and remote contact indicator. Best for use on flat stock or tubing.

C. MP4-B PROBE -A general purpose spring probe with replaceable pins for metal up to 50% I.A.C.S. A small 5/8" probe head and 0.1" pin spacing allows use on tight 1/4" radius and confined area measurements.

D. MPL-4 PROBE -A general purpose right angle spring probe with replaceable pins for metal up to 50% I.A.C.S. A 5/8" handle and a small 1/2" detachable head allows use 1-1/2" and confined area measurements.
