The new sumiChamfer System is a revolutionary product in hole-making. Capable of drilling and chamfering holes in a single operation, it dramatically improves cycle times. Often used in place of special carbide step drills, the sumiChamfer employs three patented steel chamfer heads designed to fit around standard 4.0 mm - 20.0 mm coolant through solid carbide drills. The adjustable chamfer head incorporates two ACZ310 grade inserts to produce the chamfer.
