PHS1 head adaptors
Enable Renishaw extension bars to be used with PHS1

Extension bars allow the reach of PHS1 to be extended by up to 750mm.

The HA-M allows multiwire probes, such as SP600M, to be used with PHS1.

The HA-8 allows the use of Renishaw's M8 extensions, as an alternative to the bespoke PHS1 head extensions.
