SYN-THO 3330 is a water soluble synthetic cutting fluid & coolant. May be virtually used for all types of machine and cutting operations -boring, misting, milling, grinding, and more. Does not contain petroleum oils and is completely biodegradable. Thus disposal is not aproblem. Produces
clear solutions for visibility. Contains preservatives to prevent rancidity and bacterial growth. Will not cause dermatitis. Fortified with extreme pressure additives and polymeric lubricants to meet the most demanding machining operations. Seldom will another product be needed!

SYN-THO 3330 has a special group of selective extreme pr ssure ingredients that work in synergism to improve film boundary characteristics and heat dissipation. This fluid has properly balanced wetting agents which will allow penetration of the lubricant into the cutting zone. In conjunction with this action, a thin film chemical-metal bond isformed toprevent oxidation.

CORROSION PROTECTION:

SYN-THO 3330 is chemically balanced with waterphase corrosion properties which aid the coolant in extreme atmospheric conditions that are encountered.

None of the materials used in Precision Fluids products are listed as carcinogenic or potential carcinogens by IARC. Please refer to Precision Fluids material safety data sheet for further information.

BIOLOGICAL CONTROL:

SYN-THO 3330 is designed with bio-resistant stabilizers to extend sump life while containing no phenols or nitrates. Removal of tramp oils will greatly extend sump life.

Always add concentrate to water.
When adding concentrate to water, the mixture should be vigorously stirred.
Never add water to concentrate as an inverted emulsion may occur.
Always observeproper care when dealing with chemical concentrates. Consult MSDS provided
for proper handling information

MONITORING SYN-THO 3330:

Operatingrationsfor SYN-THO3330 are optimum when used at a 5%-10%solution With more severe operations, a richer solution may be mixed. Monitoring can be performed through titration or refractive index. Consult your Precision Fluids representative.
