DESCRIPTION:

SYN-SUL CTF 3305 is a 100% synthetic coolant designed for use in high speed threadiltg applications. Special lubricity additives h.l!!ebeen incorporated to allowfaster speeds andfeeds thanconventional straight cutting oils or coof!ints. Other benefits over straight oils include greater
cooling capacity and reduced operational cost.

BENEFICIAL PROPERTIES:

LUBRICATING FUNCTION:

SYN-SULCTF 3305wasformulated using dualfunction additives. When machining, the lubricating polymers actually coat the tool/part to reduce tool wear. With varying operating temperatures, selective extreme pressure additives, which activate at lower temperatures, will form a solid film, which reduces tite coefficient of friction. When operating within the normal design ranges, SYN-SUL CTF 3305 will reduce operating cost and improve productivity.

CORROSION PROTECTION:

SYN-SULCTF 3305has specialinhibitors,which eliminate oxidation from other chemicals and air. These inhibitors actually create a chemical-metal bond with the work piece, thus extending protection against corrosion.

PRODUCT SAFETY:

None of the materials used in Precision Fluids products are listed as carcinogenic orpotential carcinogens by IARC.

BIOLOGICAL CONTROL:

SYN-SUL CTF 3305 is naturally bio-resistant. It employs a unique blend of ingredients that reject tramp oils which could otherwise give inconsistent machining performance.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

Since SYN-SUL CTF 3305 is a true synthetic, it mixes easily with water at any dilution ratio. Always add concentrate to water. Sumfpfife of this product will be greatly extended when charged to a clean, bacteria-free, system and tramp"oils are removed on a regular basis.
