HTF 3415
HYDROSTATIC TEST FLUID

DESCRIPTION:

HTF 3415 is a synthetic, water soluble, fluid designed for hydrostatic testing of tubular products. Specially designed for large sumps like Taylor Wilson automatic testers, HTF 3415 contains synthetic lubricity additives, corrosion inhibitors and stabilizers to inhibit growth of bacteria and fungi. When added to your system at a five percent minimum (5%) concentration, HTF 3415 offers excellent lubricity, rust protection and bio-resistance.

PRODUCT SAFETY:

Precision Fluid products do not contain phenols, pcbs, ptbba, mecurials, nitrates, or formaldehyde. None of the materials used in Precision Fluid products are listed as carcinogenic or potential carcinogens. They are also classified as non-hazardous per federal regulation 49 CFR 172.101. Please refer to material safety data sheet for proper handling of this product.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Always add concentrate to water.
2. When adding concentrate to water, the mixture should be vigorously stirred.
3. Never add water to concentrate as an inverted emulsion may occur.
4. Always observe proper care when dealing with chemical concentrates. Consult MSDS provided for proper handling information


MONITORING HTF 3415:

Recommended stating dilution for HTF 3415 is five percent minimum (5%). For extended protection of severe atmospheres concentration can be increased. Consult your Precision Fluids representative. Monitoring can be performed through titration or refractive index.
