MASTER-SOL 3120 is heavy-duty soluble oil designed with high grade chlorinated petroleum oil for machining all ferrous and non-ferrous material. This formulation exhibits excellent corrosion protection and is chemically balanced for excellent hard water tolerance. MASTER-SOL 3120
contains bio-resistant additives to control rancidity by reducing the growth of bacteria and fungi.

LUBRICATION CHARACTERSTICS:

Formulated to cover a wide range o/temperature dependent applications. The primary lubricating function is the activation of chlorinated species to form a metallic-halide complex which reduces thecoefficient of friction. Secondary lubricating functions are created by long chain fatty amides
which activate at lower temperatures.

OUTSTANDING STABILITY:

Whether MASTER-SOL 3120 is used in hard or salt water, it maintains a stable emulsion.

PRODUCT SAFETY:

Precision Fluids products do not contain phenols, pcbs, ptbba, mecurials, nitrates, or formaldehyde. None of the materials used in Precision Fluids products are listed as carcinogenic pr potential carcinogens. They are also classified as non-hazardous per federal regulation 49 CFR 172.10l. Please refer to MSDS for proper handling of this product.

BIOLOGICAL CONTROL:

MASTER--SOL 3120 is designed with bio-resistant stabilizers to extend sump life while containing no phenols or nitrates.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

MONITORING MASTER-SOL 3120:

Operating ratiosfor MASTER-SOL 3120 are optimum when used at a 5%-10% solution. With more severe operations, a richer solution may he mixed. Monitoring can be performed through titration or refractive index. Consult your Precision Fluids representative.
