SEMI-CUT 3200 is a semi-synthetic cutting fluid which incorporates the latest technology in additives for lubricity,rustprevention and bio-resistance. SEMI-CUT3200 is a versatile fluid for turning, drilling, tapping and grinding. Designed for allferrous and non-ferrous metals, SEMI-CUT 3200 has excellent chip carrying characteristics and is an excellent choice for manufacturerswho desire to use one coolant for all applications.

SEMI-CUT 3200 is chemically balanced with water phase corrosion properties and vapor phase characteristics. This is a necessary function in the variety of extreme atmospheric conditions that are encountered.

LUBRICATION CHARACTERSTICS:

SEMI-CUT 3200 has a special group of selective extreme pressure ingredients that work in synergism to improve film boundary characteristics and heat dissipation. This fluid has properly balanced wetting agents which will allowpenetration of the lubricant into the cutting zone. In conjunction with this action, a thin film chemical-metal bond is formed to prevent oxidation.

PRODUCT SAFETY:

None of the materials used in Precision Fluids products are listed as carcinogenic orpotential carcinogens by IARC. Refer to material safety data sheet for further information.

BIOLOGICAL CONTROL:

SEMI-CUT 3200 will not support the growth afbacteria orfungi. Removal o.ftramp oils willgreatly extend sump life.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

Since SEMI-CUT 3200 is a semi-synthetic, it mixes easily with water at any dilution ratio. Always add concentrate to water. Sump life of this product will be greatly extended when charged to a clean, bacteria-free system
