DESCRIPTION:

SYN-TECH 3320 is a 100 % synthetic, general purpose machining fluid. This fluid is designed to provide excellent lubrication characteristics for machining or grinding steel, cast iron and some types on non-ferrous metals. Absent of typical chlorinated and sulfurized chemistry, SYN-TECH 3320 uses extreme pressure additives and polymeric lubricants which exhibit outstanding machining performance over conventional synthetics

LUBRICATING FUNCTION:

SYN-TECH 3320 was formulated using dual function additives. When machining, the lubricating polymers actually coat the tool. When specific temperatures are reached, a solid film is formed which reduces the coefficient of friction. SYN-TECH 3320 reduces operating costs and improves productivity.

CORROSION PROTECTION:

SYN-TECH 3320 has special inhibitors which eliminate oxidation from other chemicals in the air. These inhibitors actually create a chemical bond with the workpiece which reduce the potential for corrosion.

PRODUCT SAFETY:

None of the materials used in Precision Fluids products are listed as carcinogenic or potential carcinogens by IARC. Please refer to Precision Fluids material safety data sheet for further information.

BIOLOGICAL CONTROL:

SYN-TECH 3320 contains bio-resistant stabilizers and will not support the growth of bacteria or fungi. Removal of tramp oils will greatly extend the sump life of this product.
