DESCRIPTION:

SYN-MAX 3300 is an all purpose neo- synthetic fluid that will machine cast iron, steel and aluminum. This super advanced formula contains extreme pressure and polymeric additives which exhibit outstanding machining performance regardless of the severity of operation. This fluid is designed to be operator friendly and environmentally safe.

BENEFICIAL PROPERTIES:

LUBRICATING FUNCTION:

Oil is the best lubricant known, especially when it contains extreme pressure lubricants that are chemically active. In developing this fluid for aluminum and high temperature operations, this theory was applied to develop afluid that yields the benefits of a soluble oil (film boundary) yet
maintains the characteristics of a synthetic. Therefore, as speed and feed rates increase, speciallyselected high temperature extreme pressure lubricants give SYN-MAX 3300 outstanding machining capabilities which enhances performance over conventional synthetics

CORROSION PROTECTION:

SYN-MAX 3300 provides high protection against electronic corrosion caused by iron-copper or Iron-aluminum interaction

PRODUCT SAFETY:

None of the materials used in Precision Fluids products are listed as carcinogenic or potential carcinogens by IARC. Refer to Precision Fluids material safety data sheet for further information about this product.

BIOLOGICAL CONTROL:

SYN-MAX 3300 will not support the growth of bacteria or fungi. Removal of tramp oils will greatly extend sump life.
