HS Model

The unique up and down screw hopper feeds screws efficiently to the screw-feeding rail and the photosensors prevent screws from jamming or sticking. The versatile unit can easily change to another screw by simply changing the screwfeeding rail. It can feed sems, w-sems, washer-head, and flat head screws.

SF Model

Due to the innovative VPM (vertical piping mechanism)  the unit is able tohandle a variety of screw styles without major adjustment. This simple mechanism allows trouble-free operation, eliminating jammed or stuck screws. Ultimately, this makes the SureFeed easy-to-use, reliable, and cost effective for most production environments.

How VPM Works: Inside the VPM (vertical piping mechanism), a convex pipe picks up the various shape screws at a constant position. Each screw is held at the points (one at the head and two at the shank) and is transferred to the line-up rail, where it is kept until it reaches the pick-up point. When all the screws are lined up in the rail, the SureFeed's unique vibration feature assures that a hold or pile-up of screws will not take place, preventing screws from jamming or sticking.
