Mountz, Inc. features a wide variety of Assembly Power Tools that include electric torque screwdrivers, torque arms, screw presenters and other accessories.

The electric torque screwdrivers are designed with precision torque control in mind. These drivers have become the state-of-the-art in innovative assembly. Low voltage DC motors combined with advanced electronics deliver torque control unmatched by any other production line driver. The electric drivers torque setting is externally adjusted by a simple twist of the torque nut – clockwise for more torque or counterclockwise for less torque. Drivers have interchangeable springs providing even greater sensibility. A high or low switch is available on some power supply units allows the operator to reduce the driver RPM for use in critical thermal plastic assemblies. 

Brushless electric drivers reduce maintenance cost by eliminating the need for replacing 'carbon brushes'. The ergonomic rubber grip rests comfortably in operator hands. Torque ranges 1.7 - 10.6 lbf.in.

Soft Stop electric drivers features a precision `softstop' clutch that prevents shock to sensitive assemblies. Torque ranges 0.3 - 17.4 lbf.in.
