The
TCM bottle and cap torque analyzers are designed for container cap
testing and quality verification. It's the quality control
solution to verify the correct torque and reduce the chance of improperly
tightened caps. Checking the correct torque ensures minimal
leakage and deterioration, safe storage & transportation and
the cap is correctly sealed yet easy to open.
Featuring
a large dial, easy to read dual-scale, auto-stop pointer and bi-directional
capability makes the TCM simple to operate. The bottle or
item is placed within the jaws and simply twist the handle until
jaws tighten. Then simply twist the lid or cap shut to see the torque
applied on the scale.
