MarSurf TS 50 is a non-contact optical 3D measuring instrument based on light projection and microreflectors and thus completes Mahr’s topography measuring data acquisition and evaluation product range.

The application range of MarSurf TS 50 runs from measuring laboratories in the QA or R&D division up to monitoring 3D measuring characteristics within the manufacturing line. Due to its easy handling concept, this device can also be operated by personnel with minor measuring experience, for example
