Frequently
recurring measuring tasks, such as determining the center and diameter
of a bore, shaft or groove, are as easy as touching a single key.
Plain-text dialog boxes, logical menus and easy-to-follow instructions
eliminate the need to learn lenghty key senquences. And a variety
of measuring record formats - with and without actual-to-nominal
deviation - are available for export to any common printer. Plus,
you can quickly create custom measuring programs with the easy-to-use
learn programming (teach-in mode).
This
facilitates instrument handling and considerably reduces testing
times for mini-series consisting of only a few test pieces. With
learn programming, even complex measuring tasks can be executed
automatically with the touch of a single key.
The
DX 1 contains a data base, in which measuring values and production
data such as number, machine type, etc. can be stored. Data filters
enable the selective statistical evaluation of these data in the
form of histograms, control charts, and Paetro charts.
Digimar
DX 1 can also provide its evaluation and statistical functions to
other measuring instruments, such as Digimar M 814, Militron, dial
gages or caliper gages. The measuring accuracy corresponds to that
of the connected measuring instrument.
