Quality Products & Services
For Your Measurement Needs

Gagemaker calibration equipment is widely used throughout the quality inspection industry because of its versatility. At the core of the calibration product line is the MIC TRAC. This electronic measuring device measures parts, presets indicator style gages, calibrates hand-held inspection gages, and inspects ring and plug gages. For gage calibration, the MIC TRAC comes complete with a computer containing calibration software that can print calibration certificates and track gage information. As an option, team the MIC TRAC with the CAL-PAK, an assortment of fixtures that attach to the base unit for holding gages securely during the calibration process.

Customers who have implemented an in-house calibration system with the MIC TRAC not only realize a substantial savings, but achieve greater control over the inspection of their gauging equipment.

LARGE DIAMETER MEASUREMENTS
Large Diameter Graphic For large diameter measurement, Gagemaker's MIC 360 gage was designed for taking in-process measurements of machined and ground diameters. This gage measures internal, external, straight, or tapered diameters of machined parts with accuracies of ±.0002" on diameters under 12", ±.001" on diameters up to 240", and ±.002" on diameters up to 360.

There are two models of the MIC 360 available; a wireless model, which uses an infrared signal to send diameter measurements to the MIC 360's computer, or a wired model, which measures the diameter as well as the runout of a part.

The base unit of both models mounts directly in most conventional tool holders and tracks the precision diameter wheel around the part as it rotates. During each rotation, diameter measurements are sent to the MIC 360's computer, which displays the diameter and/or runout on the digital readout.
