| The New Wave™ band saw blade is specifically tailored for maintenance department saws, fabricators of lighter structurals, round and square tubing and other applications that can prove troublesome to saw blade users everywhere. Unique, group tooth set, combined with the Broach Tooth design, cuts smoother with less noise and vibration. Because teeth are group setin varying degrees, each tooth protects adjacent teeth from taking too much stress load. This helps prevent tooth loss due tochipping and eventual strippage. Blade features an 8% cobalt edge with 66-68 Rc tooth hardness. For use on horizontal or vertical band saw machines. |
