Series/Tube Size and Ovality Gauges
Made
in a full range of sizes to verify pipe diameter
and check ovality from 2 3/8" thru 20" diameters.
Rugged frame with built-in-heavy-duty spring-loaded
contact point, indicator-protected housing and roller-bearing
contact legs. The newly designed version is
adjustable, allowing the central roller pair to
make centerline measurements over a 2" diameter
range. Can also be set to a standard for verifying
pipe diameter at any position on the tube body.
5336-C/Saddle Gauge
Special V legs rest
on the pipe body, allowing indicator to check eccentricity
of the upset to .001". Leg spacing is adjustable
giving a measuring length from indicator to external
leg of 39".
9916/Thread Eccentricity Gauge: Allows
precise measurement of thread cone eccentricity
of line-pipe, casing and EUE tubing, relative to
the pipe body. Resting on the anvil on the
threaded area and rotating the pipe allows a quick
measurement to .001".
